Music of the Movies 01/02/2019

Following on from our highly successful Armistice 100 event. This year we bring you “Music of The Movies” Yet again this will be a concert with some added extras!! The event, taking place on Saturday 6th April 2019 at Cleethorpes Golf Club will include visual content, the chance to own some great movie posters and have your photo taken for free on our red carpet, choosing some accessories from our fancy dress rail!! There's even complementary popcorn!

Code of Conduct 29/01/2019

The committee have agreed a Code of Conduct, this is based on the Brass Bands England, Band Safe Code developed by Heidi.  The Code of Conduct is available to download from the band website Docs page.

Welcome Jools 04/01/2019

The band are delighted to welcome Jools Ritchie, our new flugel horn player and fantastic edition to our ever strengthening band.

2018 Cup Winners 10/12/2018

At the Beachcomber concert the band's 2018 awards were made by President Jim Pullan.  Congratulations to Heidi Bradley, our secretary, who received the Owen Harden Cup  for her Band Safe initiative and for all her efforts in running and improving the band.  Don Souter (Soprano) was chosen by MD Brian Harper to receive this years Presidents Challenge Cup for his consistantly fine playing.

Play & Party! 23rd Dec 10/12/2018

Sunday 23rd December at 7:30 the band room doors are open to all players and supporters new and old.  Come along to listen or play and enjoy a mince pie and some Christmas snacks.
